I haven't worked out in a long time, should I get in shape first?

You don't need to have a consistent exercise regimen to start this class. In fact, 99% of our new students were in the same situation as you! We understand how hard it is to be consistent, and how getting in shape can be difficult. We will guide you every step of the way to reaching your goals!

Can my kids join the class with me?

We offer both adult only (18+) classes AND teen/adult mixed classes (ages 13+). When you sign up for our trial, mention that to us so we can pick the right schedule for you all!
